1. If we can duplicate the problem, then we will issue the store credit to your account. 
2. If they play fine in our players then we will charge you $2 and ship it back to you.

Please note that there are many digital unexplainables between DVD titles and players especially DVD-ROM.  We’ve seen a DVD movie played in one computer, but not in another of the exact same specifications.

However, rest assured that if you can’t play a title bought from us you don’t have to keep it.  Just return it timely and pay close attention to the studios or series that your player(s) have problems with and don’t order those anymore.  We even encourage you to complaint to those studios so they have better quality control and make better products.  Otherwise, we have thousands of titles from other studios for you to choose from.

You probably already know that we only sell and don’t make any product.  Therefore, if we hear too many complaints we will take those products off our websites.
